If the gym bores you, this probably won't. You'll work through boxing combinations, footwork drills and conditioning rounds, sixty minutes that goes surprisingly quickly. There's no sparring, nobody's going home with a fat lip. It's open to everyone, and most people who try it keep coming back.

What to expect

600 calories

Burn up to 600 calories in a single 60-minute session.

No contact

No sparring. No getting hit. Just technique and conditioning.

All levels

From total beginners to regular gym-goers. Everyone fits in.

Total body

Upper body, core, footwork and cardio. Everything gets worked.
