Three classes a week across two locations in Essex. All fitness levels welcome. Try your first session for £10.

Self Defence
Adults 18+
The classes focus on techniques that hold up outside of a gym. We pull from multiple disciplines (the useful parts) and adapt them for how situations actually unfold in everyday life. There are no belts, no one-upmanship, nothing to prove. People come in unsure of themselves and leave with a different kind of confidence. The fitness is almost a side effect.

Boxing for Fitness
All levels welcome
If the gym bores you, this probably won't. You'll work through boxing combinations, footwork drills and conditioning rounds, sixty minutes that goes surprisingly quickly. There's no sparring, nobody's going home with a fat lip. It's open to everyone, and most people who try it keep coming back.
- Up to 600 calories a session. It's a proper workout.
